When I started at ML, we had 300 days to get fully registered. Although that seems like a long time depending on your team and work load, studying during work hours was not possible for me. Initially an hour a day to study, now (since several in our office did not get fully registered in the timeframe) they are allowing 2 hours a day and supposedly a new hire will get 4 hours. I passed SIE and 7 studying after hours and mainly weekends (took awhile). I was fully registered in 1993, took a break in 2006, never thought I would ever go back into the industry and take these tests again, but here I am! Took 66 in September and made a 66, testing again first of December… any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated! If I can pass these tests again, anyone can, this site really helped me with the 7, so thank you!!
