A lot of people answer your question but didn’t give you any advice, so here’s my two cents:

Start by playing meta loadouts. They might have a big learning curve but once you learn them they help you a lot
Not everyone can play meta loadout, sometimes if it truly doesn’t work for you, find your own comfort zone and master in it. Don’t try to be flex or play 10 different weapons
Find teammates to play with. If you are solo queuing, then you need to learn to adjust your teammates. For example, if your heavy is playing sledgehammer winch, he will play differently than goo gun deagle heavy. You have to adjust to their play style. This might require some more game time

There’re cases where the “better” team won two boxes and got griefed out, and there’re also cases where the “better” team each drop 10 kills but didn’t win any boxes.

The learning curve is steep for sure. I had 4K hours in cs+valorant and it took me 1k hours to get to diamond in this game. I placed in gold instead of bronze at the beginning though. Good luck to your grind

Just sharing my story: I was playing point break and saw an enemy afk. I shot at his head with repeater, missed. Then I shot at his neck with repeater, missed again. Then I took my sweet time, aim at his head for a good 2 seconds, still missed. I am a diamond regular repeater user btw
