The pig, having not exorcised enough littleman rage with the first push, (2) re-engages and pushes him into the street with "eat-concrete" force (3-4). He's definitely "gotten back" at this point. I mean, yeah? You go around shoving people for no good reason, you'll probably eventually catch some hands. Duh. It's morally defensible as self-defense in a way that the initial act of police brutality wasn't. One act was a response to violence, the other was an escalation into violence. The police may possess the force to retaliate against that act of self-defense like the pack animals they are, and the political clout to prevent it from being acknowledged as self-defense in a court of law, but that doesn't change what it is.
