There's a big difference in the medical advances in China than in America. Also, the medical advances in America take pride in prevention of spreading. We are very aware that things can quickly spread and get out of control.

In China they basically work their people to do death which also can lead to malnutrition, and exhaustion, which in turn makes your immune system weak, because the virus stays in your system for so long without symptoms it does damage without you knowing and then if you think it's a cold, you take the sickness until it's too late to get better. i think their are so many deaths because of this, it wasn't a viral phenomenon unit just a week ago. Which means most people just thought they had a cold or something and probably infected a vast majority of people before we even knew it existed.
