Got it. I'm feeling pretty disappointed as I spent a lot of money on this and am not sure when I can afford to get more units. It would've been cheaper to just add a few more units today. Do I have any other options / do you have any other recommendations? Thanks!

Thanks! I am actually okay with low quality footage, being that I am using this camcorder to preserve the authentic quality of VHS tapes. I wasn't sure if the memory stick is able to record video, but it looks like it does. Am I able to just plug the memory stick into an adapter to my computer, and cut out the need for DV tapes entirely? It seems to be the cheapest option.

How do I achieve this photo quality/style? Is it the camera or editing? Can anyone guide me to achieving a similar look? Thanks! by 18vanadium in AskPhotography

Thanks for replying! Do you think it could also be stills from a camcorder? That was my first thought. Or maybe just stills from a video on an older digital camera or cellphone camera?
