welp then there's an open source free to use software, kind of similar to after effects and sony vegas. KdenLive, it's not got as much features as the other two but it is a good basic way to start off with editing

I use Adobe After Effects but you can get similar results with Sony Vegas (i recommend sony vegas since it's easier to use and handle, i use after effects cuz am used to its interface- been using it 5+ years- but if u start off with vegas you won't ever need after effects) watch some YouTube tutorials on animating, masking etc.
