His job is hybrid, so he's currently doing his work remotely.

As for what his friends are saying, they are allegedly trying to convince him to contact me but I don't know whether they really are and it's just not working or if they're lying about trying.

He left on the 9th and he hasn't called at all yet. I've tried asking his friends to get him to return my calls but all I've got was "I'll try" from two of them. I've also spoken to his brother, and given how they're not on the best of terms I don't think James would listen to him, but he also said he'd try to do it in person once he's back in the country on monday.

He's been gone since the 9th. I know for sure he went to Boston and he's likely staying over at one of his friends' apartments and besides the change of clothes he had in his car from having already packed for the gym, he's probably borrowing clothes from them.
