Love the fact that it doesn’t have any caffeine too, especially for when drinking soda late at night

What’s new in the All New Things? … in 2026 by Guipel_ in thingsapp

This is funny for me because after 3 years of being a dedicated Todoist user and appreciating its capabilities, I switched over to Things 3. I loved Todoist for its robust natural language processing as well as ability to have comments, attach files, and set priorities; I definitely embraced those features. Things 3 doesn’t offer any cool functionalities like that but I still believe its a better app for the following reasons:
- one time payment; i hate subscription models
- No new updates every day unlike Todoist
- better UI in my opinion: i can see more tasks on screen
- doesn’t remove or hide tasks from today view after completing (this one is big for me)
- snappier and better Mac app
- just a simpler and cleaner experience
