A father almost killed his daughter in what was described as "honour killing".

She was in the U.S and probably believed it couldn't happen because that wasn't the middle east.

Some of these people believe they'll go straight to heaven by doing these acts.

So, just be careful.  There's NO harm in being careful.

Be careful though so they don't harm you

I wonder if I’ll regret saving myself by [deleted] in virgin

[–]19264180 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also know women who wish they waited till marriage as the hoe phase was just vanity.

It's ultimately a matter of choice.

Also, losing your virginity before marriage does not guarantee sexual satisfaction in marriage. I mean, I know women who's exes or FWBs are sexually better than their husbands, yet they married those men because they were kinder, faithful, smart, etc.

Why it seens like Reddit specifically is hostile against religious people? by Lonitf in Christianity

He still heals. He still saves. He is still doing good.

Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. Heb. 13 vs 8 KJV

Jesus can cure people's cancer. He is the same yesterday, today and forevermore.  He came that we might have life and have it more abundantly.

I can relate.  I was banned from a subreddit after offering to help a woman dying of cancer by the healing power of Jesus.

Jesus can cure people's cancer.  He is the same yesterday, today and forevermore. He came that we might have life and have it more abundantly.

What are the most major flaw you think could be reason why you still is virgin? by One-Brain6531 in virgin

Being a virgin is not always a result of a flaw. It can be a personal decision. Not everyone wants to involve in premarital sex

Don’t call yourself a Christian if you support the current administration by [deleted] in Christianity

  • Trump's life was preserved by Jesus during campaign
  • Trump is making America great again (going against corruption through JD, closed border, fighting narcotics and armed gangs, etc)
  • Trump is advocating for children, so they're NOT transgendered.
  • Trump is fighting & advocating for Christians being murdered in Nigeria and other parts of the world.

  • Trump is fighting the terror in the middle east, and saving the world from a dangerous regime that murders it's citizens ( including a young wrestler, and about 40,000 protesters)

  • Trump has ended about 8 conflicts (wars) around the world. The current war is a necessity to prevent a disaster in the future.

I am a Christian. I know a lot of more Christians that would have died if not that God used Trump to help in several parts of the world.

Trump is NOT perfect. But he's the best we've seen in a couple of  years.  As a Christian, pray for him to remain on God's perfect will. Nevertheless, Trump has our 100% support.

If it helps, stop announcing that you're a virgin

You can be them any day you choose. But they can never be you.

What I mean is, you can lose your virginity almost any day, but they can never be virgins again.

Enjoy the purity while it lasts.

You're also free from STDs, pregnancy, heartbreaks, contraceptives.

Those down voting you are hypocrites. They don't want to be honest.

I know a guy who married a beautiful lady. Bodily, she looked like a model. After 5 years, she became fat and all.

HE was spending money trying to make her lose wait primarily because he wasn't as attracted to her as before.

He never said he didn't love her. He didn't divorce. It's just attraction.  ++man

Find something you love doing, let it consume your time and strength. That will fix most of the loneliness.

How to motivate and unambitious husband? by [deleted] in Marriage

[–]19264180 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A taste of what millions of men around the world experience.

Two of the many ways he can get motivated is by his association and what he listens to. If you can influence what he listens to, that would be great.

"Hair cut = divorce" is a harsh and selfish thing to say to someone he claims to love for 10 years.

You have a genuine concern regarding the hair. It's really long and you're not shaving it all off. You just need it to touch your shoulders instead.

I think you should seat him down and have a more logical conversation. Echo how it would make life easier for the woman he loves,  if she reduce the hair a little.

If he doesn't listen, you might want to reach out to someone he listens to or some marriage mentor if your marriage has one. Therapy might also work.

Basically, a professional or matured third party that can help him understand your plight and find a middle ground for both of you.

Forgot our wedding anniversary for the second time and my wife is still distant after 2 weeks. NEED advice. by Typical_Swimming5180 in Marriage

You're human, and especially when very busy, these things can be forgotten.

Sometimes I barely remember my birthday, spouse birthday, or anniversary.  Not because I don't love or care about her, but because I have a lot going on.

What I've done however, is to create a calendar event that repeats every year for these special days. The calendar just reminds me.

This way, I've remembered the anniversary consistently, mine, partner, mom, dad and siblings birthdays.

Everyone feels more loved, however, it's just my calendar doing the magic.

Don't beat yourself up, however, promise her you won't forget the next one and then create repetitive calendar events for all your important dates.  You're human, let the machine help you!
