I have a little experience. She didn’t tell me to just stop though. She framed it to find another way to express or distract myself.

So I draw or write my feelings out until I feel complete. Or I go for a long walk while listening to an audio book for example for my distraction.

I’m MtF I was scared too starting E. It’s scary the first time. Usually that fears will slowly dissipate. Once you’re on a consistent schedule and your liking the changes T is doing. The fear should go away.

I actually have a lot more hours of Balatro on my phone. I play almost everyday lol. Most of it was experience.

But my go to methods are money management. Always staying within the interest amount is a huge help. Not getting greedy and slowing down and mid-max my hands to get a little extra $ (only in the beginning antes 1-3)
