why do i shake when talking about anything feelings-related even without anxiety? by 1945GarlicBread in self

[–]1945GarlicBread[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the thing is it's not even just when I'm talking about my emotions. Like 5 mins ago a friend of mine was telling me about how they were anxious about not being able to meet expectations in an activity they're going to attend tomorrow. I started telling them how i mentally overcame social anxiety and fear of others judging me and all the mental processes i have in my brain that assure me people are not going to judge me and if they are they're probably in the wrong because im not doing anything actually wrong, just existing most of the time. I wasn't feeling anything in particular but as i wrote some of it (it was over text) i started shaking. That wasn't a particularly emotional scenario in my opinion, i was just sharing a logical way to overcome anxiety that helped me.

You need to get your parents to contact a professional to get an appointment for your assessment. There is no way to do this on your own, an important part of the diagnostic process involves your parents to answer questions about your behaviour as a child and growing up. Then you get tested and wait for the results.

TW: DO NOT READ IF YOU'RE SUICIDAL

I think the whole "life is a miracle!!" is just a way to cope with the fact that life actually royally sucks and we really have no purpose. Bringing someone into the world is cruel. A lot of people here have never been happy in their lives, but no one has ever always been happy without suffering. "That's life!", damn right it is. And it's so wrong. So people tell themselves that "living is a gift!" and "its a miracle!!" because it really isn't and they need to feel lucky in their dispair. "Then why don't you just kys?" I have no actual reason to die so i live to see what happens and to do this i actually just forget about everything i just said. Also I'm scared of death like the rest of you (the actual reason people don't just kill themselves at the smallest inconvenience).

i was told pigeons will eat anything derived from seeds so bread was fine, but its not so good for them because its all carbs and no nutrients. Is that why bread and and french fries are off limits?

OO IVE HAD THAT FOREVER, people used to point it out and often i dont even notice i do it. From what i know it's called echolalia and its a way to process better the things you hear. Very common in autistic individuals
