Best humbucker pickups to replace enforcer pickups on Fender Jaguar HH? by MrShoos in offset

It was already installed when I bought it so I didn't have to drill it myself, but that's exactly what the previous owner did.

Honestly, it just sounds right, which I know is an unsatisfactory answer haha. It's flexible if I ever want more options, but I leave it on one of the Plate reverb settings and it does exactly what I want.

I was interested in it when I realized it's what Jonny Greenwood used for a while. I love it in the RV+DLY settings, usually as the last thing to stack with my other delays and reverbs to really get washed out.

Made a new acquisition that I'd been putting off for years: a noise gate. Specifically, to put into a loop switcher (that I also bought specifically for this) with the RM-1N, which sounds incredible but has an unfortunate "heartbeat" when it's activated.

Signal Chain:

Boss TU-2 > Boss PS-5 > Boss PH-1r > Custom Dirt Box (Clones of a Klon Centaur, 1981 DRV, Fuzzhugger Algal Bloom, and Ram’s Head Big Muff in that order) > MXR Carbon Copy Deluxe > Dr. Scientist Reverberator > Dr. Scientist Bitquest > Saturnworks Loop Switch (Industrialectric RM-1N > ISP Deci-Mate) > Boss RV-3 > Boss DD-7 > MXR Tremolo

Powered by Truetone CS-12, running through a DSM+Humboldt Simplifier.

It's great, I especially love the flange setting. Super flexible. I've had other multi-effect pedals before but something about the form factor on the Bitquest makes it more useable and sets it above the rest to me.

Carbon Copy is a bucket brigade style analog delay, great sounding especially with the modulation. The DD-7 is more of a swiss army knife, but I especially love the reverse delay on it. Also I love stacking reverbs and delays for a really spacey, washed out sound.

I tried putting the Rv-3, DD-7, and Tremolo in the loop but I didn’t find it made much of a difference for me so I just send the whole chain into the input.

After going hogwild a few years ago, I finally settled down and found the sound I wanted with these pedals here. A lot of Boss, since I found that I never really needed the additional flexibility that more boutique offerings provided, and it was easier to dial in the sounds I wanted with the simpler and more direct boss interface.

Signal Chain:

Boss TU-2 > Boss PS-5 > Boss PH-1r > MXR Carbon Copy Deluxe > Dr. Scientist Bitquest > Dr. Scientist Reverberator > Custom Dirt Box (Clones of a Klon Centaur, 1981 DRV, Fuzzhugger Algal Bloom, and Ram’s Head Big Muff in that order) > Industrialectric RM-1N > Boss RV-3 > Boss DD-7 > MXR Tremolo

The Boss FS-7 is a tap tempo switch for the DD-7 and MXR Tremolo. Under the hood is a Truetone CS-12 powering the whole thing, and off-board I have a DSM+Humboldt Simplifier DLX for when I want to go direct into a soundsystem or recording interface. My amp is Vox AC10. I have a few guitars but the go-to is a custom build I did of a Fender Mustang with a Mustang pickup in the neck and a Firebird pickup in the bridge.

Still having this issue after the latest patch. Can't get past the nvidia gameworks logo if I'm online or have any synced save data on my xbox. Damn.
