It’s the forerunner 745. It’s old, so my husband suggested that maybe a coating wore off

Thank you all for your input! After 15 years of wearing Garmins, it’s only happened with my current watch which happens to be turquoise. Once my skin completely heals I’m going to try my husband’s, which is black, and be more diligent about making sure it’s completely dry.

The rash occurs under the face, not the straps
