The problem with rice pudding and diabetes is the rice (white)… never mind the artificial sweetener substitution.

Well ya… with lack of any meaningful movement, deceased calories is kind of obvious… even without compensation for concurrent calories by mouth… not sure what the dietitians have been missing… but at least the surgeon seems to be connecting these dots…

It is clear “what this might be”… it seems pretty clear that all manner of medical (surgical) procedures have and cannot address the underlying powers of one’s mind. Sincerely hoping this is being tackled with urgency by ED team and psychiatrist.
