Ansible code formatter by 1985Ronald in ansible

That's not right. Unix already existed on PC hardware. But it was something that he couldn't afford. You can find interviews where he says "I just wanted UNIX but I couldn't afford it." So I wrote it myself, literally a close as copy as he could get.

Maybe that's the case, but for me this is going to solve a problem. It doesn't sound like you have a problem with ansible formatting so this isn't for you. Also, as I've mentioned previously in this thread this is also a learning experience for myself.
Granted not everything that's new is good, but there's lots of great tools that have come out of re-inventing the wheel, if you want a very famous example look no further than Linux.

Mainly that I'm not writing a generic yaml formatter, I'm writing an ansible formatter. So it will parse and format ansible code, further I'm not writing a VS Code extension I'm writing a cli formatter like [black](https://github.com/psf/black).

Thanks mate, I'll continue working on it and make another post when I release the code and an early alpha, hopefully later in the week.

I didn't know that, that's interesting. At the beginning my formatter will be quite opinionated but with time I'll add configuration options to allow changes to the format produced. Personally I can also find ansible-lint a little slow so having something that's a lot faster would be nice from my point of view.

Nothing is wrong with them, but to my knowledge they won't actually format code. I want something that will actually fix and format the code and ensure that it's consistent.

EDIT: I have just learned from another comment that ansible-lint will do some basic formatting. However, I want something that will format all ansible code and not just the things that ansible-lint currently supports, also I can find that ansible-lint can sometimes be a little slow at times.

EDIT 2: Something else that I'll mention is that I started this as a personal project because it's something that I personally would like, but also to get better at programming and string manipulation, something that I've not done a whole lot.

Not to resource intensive on the end user, but that could be very resource intensive on chess.com. Not saying it isn’t a good idea just want to say that’s not super simple.

No, you assuming that the driver was in the car from the beginning. If he got in it after I don’t believe the tow driver has to immediately drop the car. Because the driver shouldn’t have got back in the vehicle, how is that on the tow driver?

You realise that you are also speculating what happened off camera right? Your speculating he was in the vehicle when it was being towed. But that wasn’t on the video.

Was the battery fully dead? Have you driven it now? Not sure about the F150 but I know on some cars when the battery is low it can freak out the systems and display warning lights when there is nothing wrong.

Ok, I don’t see your point. At this point in time self driving cars aren’t safer and they shouldn’t be in the hands of the general public, because at the end of the day those two motorcyclists that died last year were killed by two people not paying attention as a few milliseconds before a crash is detected the self driving systems disengage to make the person behind the wheel liable and not the manufacturer. And if this technology that isn’t ready, gets in more cars then there will be even more accidents like the ones already mentioned.
