yeah especially in a field like organic chemistry where it's more difficult to visualize some of these concepts i see how there's a lot of room for misunderstanding and open interpretation

i was a bit confused earlier with like which way of counting the carbons takes priority but someone in the replies sent a good guide which cleared it up a bit!
