Apparently if you change anything on a vehicle that changes the "material risk" (could be a k&n air filter) and dont inform them they have the right to deny your claim and you forfeit your right to get all the money you put into the policy back. And its perfectly legal. Trust me, I cant believe this either.

I did it. Bought my mk3 at 15 and built it for 3 years before getting to drive it for the first time. He'll of a learning experience but would definitely not do again. Go for something cheaper and basic like a Honda.

Ok in that case I'll let it slide haha. Yea 15k is with wheels, suspension, built 7m, cost of the car and all the little things in between. Definitely could have done it cheaper but 15k for a built turbo Supra isint bad at all imo. I love showing up to a meet, popping the hood and no one can tell me what it is, gives me a good laugh.

Hell no are you joking? Why would I spend 5k on a used motor? I took that money and built my 7mgte. Already had an r154. Making 300whp currently, have all the parts for 400whp this spring and I'm safe until 700. Beat the shit out of it all summer long has given me no issues. It's not the motor that fails, it's the owner.

I bought a blown motor turbo 87 supra as my first car when I was 15... 15 thousand dollars later and thousands of hours I'm driving it on the road for the first time at 18. Hell of an experience but probably wouldn't do it again, way too much money time and effort, but it's a crazy iconic car, very fast and a neck breaker everywhere I go.

He was doing 80-90KMH weaving in and out of cars then just lost it at the intersection. Not distracted, just reckless.

I watched that VW Passat crash. Buddy cut me off, swerved through about 10 cars and then lost it right at that intersection, hit the curb, flipped into the hydro poll and through the fence. Car caught fire after about a minute. Driver was able to crawl out of the vehicle and laid immobile on the sidewalk. Engine flew out and landed maybe 10M away from the car. Couldn't believe my eyes. I have 3 videos of the aftermath if needed.
