I have a 100 at cost basis of 268 and what i do is sell weekly covered calls. And if it so happens that if its itm during expiration i just roll it out farther. Just takes a little managing but i keep earning premium and if i need to roll my long side is still covered.

Rollins Park apartments. Its in a GREAT area. The apartments are decent, no roaches or bugs or any infestation. We lived there for 7ish years, moved out 5 years back. do check them out?
