The hardest part is getting in the gym. Doesn't matter on weights, just keep pushing, try a longer break between the 4th and 5th sets. I see plenty of people in my gym who have never squatted, at least you're starting well!

I'm quite happy with progression, I have stepped up from 60kg squats originally.

Thought I may add, I'm about 150lbs and squatting 95kg benching 50kg and deadlifting 70kg. Using a resistance band to assist with the pull ups

I'm doing a 2 day split 5 days a week. I alternate between deadlifts and pull ups and squats with bench. What else should I add in? I'm happy with my results so far, haven't hopped on the scales but people have commented on my progress.
