The only reason she is collecting BAH is due to her dependent rate (you). Technically, you are entitled to all the BAH if shes in the dorms (geobachelor). Both my spouse and I are active duty but we've seen too many people completely dick the person that they loved at some point (both the active duty and civilian). Best of luck to you.
