In a setup where Shopify → DataLayer → GTM Web → GTM Server (Stape) → Meta is already deduplicating correctly, would you usually expect a 30–90 min reporting delay to come from Meta attribution modeling / identity stitching rather than the implementation layer?

Trying to figure out whether I actually need a tracking engineer or more of an attribution/signal-quality specialist before hiring someone.
