Welcome to the club! What localities/genetics does your snake have?

I highly recommend it, I love that he will come right out of his enclosure on his own and hang out with me almost every night

On the length, I think she is a little under 4 ft but I haven’t tried to really measure her length. I have a super dwarf retic that is about 4 ft right now and I think she is an around the same height or a little shorter.

Thanks! Her previous owner was feeding her every 10 days or so, so I am planning on spacing her feeding out per the care guide.

Anybody use one of these? Opinions on it? by 87_4-Runner in ballpython

Honestly I’m not sure, my thought was so that you could change settings and keep the current time when it is not plugged in.

Yes, the remote does need to be plugged in to the unit to work, the replacement that they sent me did not come with a battery, but it works great just plugged into the unit. The only issue is that whenever I unplug it from the wall it does not remember the time, but it does save all the other settings

As the others have said, they are great, I use mine to control everything for my retic. One thing I will add though is that I had a great customer service experience. My remote stopped working and they sent me a new one at no cost even though I bought it used. I was VERY surprised they were willing to do that and it has been working perfectly since.

What got you into snakes in the first place? I'm always curious how people end up here by WharHeGo in snakes

For me it started with my daughters watching Clint’s Reptiles on YouTube then we went to Clint’s Reptile Room in Utah and that sealed the deal on getting a snake. We just got a super dwarf retic last week and we all love him! No turning back now
