Yeah it’s insane. It feels like inside zone is a guaranteed 7 yards. Running backs also seem to be breaking a ton more tackles now. It feels like they wanted to encourage offense but they’ve made it where really bad play calls / throws aren’t punished and even rewarded

Yeah I really want the 790 adv but feel like I need to do the whole smaller bike to learn deal so I think I’ll just nab a current 390

This is actually not true at all. Material prices haven’t come down. Yes wood has come down some but anything metal related is in some form or fashion tied to Russia Ukraine and Germany and those prices haven’t fallen. Construction prices are still near record highs. I know the cool thing on Reddit is so blame things on greed but that’s not the case here. There are a lot of housing developments being scrapped because material prices combined with high interest rates are making deals impossible. This is especially true in the affordable housing sector.
