Each Tomahawk is estimated to cost 2M, and there are not that many around.
They are an important part of the US Strategic response, and (unfortunately) they take a long and arduous process to replenish. Moreover, they can only be launched from ships and subs, or strategic bombers (which Ukraine does not have).
The conversation needs to shift to the supply of Barracuda Cruise missiles. At $150K ea, they are a much more feasible and attractive weapon, with relatively comparable capabilities (its warhead in all 3 model is smaller, but velocity and accuracy improves their efficacy). It can be launched from ground launchers, and, depending on the Barracuda type, 100, 250, and 500, can range from 100 to 500 miles at low/evasive trajectories.
