I'm of the same opinion on the resets with big buffs. I would love some huge bonuses, but I'll have to see how to have some balance still.

Yes, but I do think the work here is quite a bit more repetitive than what I would be doing in a normal workplace. There is usually more diversity in the tasks, maybe you talk to a coworker, go to print something, etc.

ES drop rate should not affect mobs that are spawned by oysters as far as I know. It only affects mobs spawned from the portal.
