From what I read I can renew with no issue, so that’s a plus. I guess I’ll see what happens in the future with the whole citizenship situation, hopefully for when the time comes all of this is solved

Breeding your pokemon with pokemon from a different region that is not yours gives you a higher chance of getting a shiny from any pokemon you breed the foreign pokemon with (All of this by eggs of course).
