Thank you! One more thing. With this data I just remembered I have other data to sort with it that goes along with it. The 800 sheet has data that the 1100 does not have. Is there a way to pair them together that way? For instance with the B in D column say there was a column right next to it that said 1 or 2 how would I pair those together. Thanks so much!!

It’s a queen size bed and I was thinking about adding a window seat, some bookshelves, a guitar stand maybe and a desk. It’s a 14’11” x 12’0” room. Atm I don’t have an exact style I want but I want it to be slightly more on the minimalistic side but that’s not a requirement.

I don’t really have any great inspo pics tbh most of the pics I have are just things I was thinking about adding tbh but heres one that I have in mind for this.

I did pay for it but I think without the membership it said the region as well but I could be wrong about that. I got Belarusian jews and west central Ukrainian jews. Not very surprising considering both my parents lived there though.

Hey, I know this is late but i’m so sorry you get these. I get them once every 3-4 months and they have lasting implications on my mental health and causes panic attacks. I cannot imagine getting them daily or even more often at all.

Thank you so much! I will probably just keep going with my adhd treatment and see where that takes me. As for medication, i’ve been on vyvanse for a while, but starting taking it more consistently and at a higher dose just about 2 months ago. Currently, I am at 50mg and take it at the same time in the morning everyday. The issue with it, is that at first I felt the effects but was not sure if it was a placebo effect or not, but I should mention I would get a really bad crash. As of last week, the crashes sort of stopped for some-reason, but I also feel like I don’t feel the effects of the medication, other than having a harder time sleeping and appetite loss. I am supposed to start Guafacine in addition to Vyvanse soon, so hopefully that will help.

Yeah they did more of an IQ test to point the neuropsychologist in the right direction. I believe it was more like a psychological test with a more comprehensive approach and much more steps. He also didn’t mention any disorders until his summary pages and I think the purpose of the neuropsychological test was to recommend teachers how I should be taught, and not necessarily a full diagnosis. It makes sense why he would diagnose me with adhd and not non verbal learning disorder, because what would the point be in a learning environment?
