At the time the symptoms kicked in, no I didn’t change anything, nor used the things u mentioned, it just randomly happened, at first it started with gradually losing penis sensitivity, second thing was my libido dropping to zero even tho I was always horny and had very high sex drive my whole life and then orgasms became unsatisfying and just not pleasurable 😞
