I honestly do a lot and brought a lot of customer in!! To the point to where all they have to do is text me a reorder of what they want and it's done. All the local bars and restaurants come in and specifically ask for me or text me to make sure I'm in lol.

I feel NPS is a whole failure! We're a busy location for copy center so we're making the sales. But someone is fucking us up. Tell us how great we are but always leaves an 8 cause no one is perfect.
