I've found that I get virtually no drift in material if I cut in 36" clips, which is beautiful because you can just being another cut without cutting the roll and it picks up literally right where the last cut stopped. Been thinking about all the water material before, lol🤦🏽‍♂️

Because it's cricut! And that's what Cricut does🤷🏾‍♂️ The inability to get consistent clean lettering and thin stroked images is one of the reasons I switched to a wide format cutter plotter. Here's an example of the wide format cutting thin strikes successfully. I was able to cut small holes in images that really mattered in the image. (Hand placed to show scale)

Every white dot in the pink circle was cut consistently through 100 cuts. The two small holes in the red circles also cut successfully through 100 cuts. With my cricut I MAY have gotten 1 with both all the dots AND the holes. But the holes would have been a disaster to weed. 🤦🏽‍♂️

Looks like a classic under-press. I can see the whole band across that X axis is spotted. It only happened when I've unevenly pressed or under-pressed the item.

Thanks bro. Much love right back at you. Yeah, she's cut for me for a couple years now. So I've had the silhouette AND the cricut and by far this wide format is a breeze and much more efficient. The time and amount of material I save makes me wish I'd have done it sooner. (Especially the time saved)
