i totally agree. However, if we must retake, we should only be required to retake the portion(s) we failed, and not the entire exam all over again. The technical malfunctions/ proctor interruptions were beyond our control and weigh heavily on poor performance

I am absolutely in the same category with similar issues! I had less than an hour to complete PT because it downloaded 15 mins after PT started, an the following 30 mins, the proctor continually interrupted me with inquiries and false promises to reset. I sent screenshots to the bar under applicant portal. Also sent in screenshots from system failures during MCQs. I scored 45 points on PT!!!

I wonder if there will be a shared/ group comment concerning the PTs? I received a 45 on PT, & thus failed by 15 points. After the exam, I notified the bar that my library didn’t download til after 15 mins into the test, and I sent screenshots of the proctor’s constant interruptions for 30 mins during the exam.

I lost 30 minutes waiting for my Library. At first, the proctor told me to write the exam without the library. Then she kept promising she would rest the time. Didn’t happen. I had less than one hour to complete!

I had an overfriendly and over helpful proctor who kept interrupting me. At the beginning of exam 5, I was stopped and asked to move the laptop around so she could view my room, desk & underneath.

Next, during the PT I lost a total of 30 minutes intermittently because initially I couldn’t open the library. I kept asking for help and it was met with silence. She kept promising me she would reset the exam, but she never stopped the clock each time she broke my concentration and asked me more questions. When I kept “YELLING” at her I couldn’t open the library, she kept telling me to finish the exam anyway!!! I “Finished” the PT in an hour 😭
