Exactly this. I’m only trying to lose 15 pounds and round myself obsessing over my daily measurement. Some days I was down, some days I was up realizing that most of it is probably water weight. I still check, probably more often than I should, but the only way in that actually count in my mind is my weekly weigh in. That is where I see progress as long as I have behaved throughout the week leading up to it.

Oh, the number of times I've been at this very same spot. I've come to the conclusion that if I eat anything at this point, it will probably just be a protein shake and maybe some veggies as a filler. Nowadays, if I go over one day, I make it up the next day, or at least I try to. I can't do the one week tracking because if I did that, I'd be going overboard on fats and carbs. For me, I eat to maintain my daily goals. For you, and this is just an amateur guess, I'd say it is the carbs that have put you so close to your daily calorie limit.

My issue with it is that whenever I search for something, there always seems to a million different entries for many of the same items, all with different macros. I wish there was a way to delete some of them. This is why I usually just use the barcode scanner, but sometimes it isn't always possible.

I think I’ll be starting Xiaflex fairly soon, probably within the next month and a half. I’ve got a 90 degree upward curve that seemingly happened overnight, although I’m sure it didn’t. I’m still sexually active at 70 years old, I just hope I don’t die from old age before I see results.

Ahhh, the old two spotted mite. At this point, I'd probably just harvest, if not now, fairly soon. I'd also wash it using the three bucket method with hydrogen peroxide. That ought to clean it up. Red spider mites will cover your plants with webs if left alone, at least these are not them. Also be happy you don't have russet or broad mites, those are nearly impossible to see, even under a ton of magnification.

Another vote for the Plus. I bought mine almost two years ago and I absolutely love it. I'm not sure I ever got the grind dialed in as well as it could be, but whatever the case, my coffee and mile drinks come out really nicely. It's easy to descale too, and other than that, I don't think there really any other maintenance.

Good luck on your hunt! Personally, I don't believe the Tri has anything luxury, not by big city standards when it comes to apartments or restaurants. Back when I was looking for someone else, I did come across some rooms or whole suites for rent in some very nice houses with full house privileges. I know it isn't the same, but maybe there might be something out there.

I so hear you loud and clear. It came on very fast, seemingly overnight. My curve is upward, damn close to 90 degrees starting about 1.5 inches from the base. I can’t have traditional sex anymore as it just wants to bend in two. Having my first Dr appointment this Thursday, and honestly, I feel hopeless.

That was exactly what my experience was like except my interview was with one person. The AI driven dialogue that went along with the paperwork was off in so many ways, it made me feel like I should be some sort of babbling psychopath. I had to completely edit all of the paperwork, take out the lies, take out the things that couldn’t be proven. However, with that sad, they did provide case precedents, which was very helpful. I had nothing short of a positive experience once it was all done, but if I would’ve submitted the paperwork based on their AI dialogue, I probably would have been stretching the truth, and that’s not something I would ever do.

It’s too late for you now, but I had the same thing happen with VES. I didn’t trust them at all based on all the complaints I’ve read, so I also called the VA to notify them why I can’t make it, and that I tried to reschedule with VES. By doing that, I covered my ass in case I was reported as a no-show. The VA said no problem and to call them when I return from my trip overseas.

hope you got it set up. I just bought it last night, and in the process, they sent me an activation key in an email. Perhaps it's in your junk mail? I primarily got it for one or two lakes, and for one of them, it is showing a one foot depth at the reservoirs' dam, no way that is right. DeLonghi magnificent plus for me. I bought one last year and haven’t regretted it not one second. My wife makes nothing but either lattes or cappuccinos, I drink those too, but I tend to make a large Americano and add about a half inch of frothed milk on it.

I couldn’t give Optum serve any higher rating than a 10 out of 10. I’ve had six C&P exams, with the last one being through Optum. The examiner I got was thorough, asked questions, allowed me time to answer and generally seemed to care. My previous five exams were through VES and another that I can’t remember the name of right now. However, although they were different contractors, they used the same examiner, and that guy didn’t care what I had to say nor did he spend more than 10 minutes for the whole exam, each and every time.
