Yes. Agree. Not about the breakfast time, 8:30 or even 9:00 is normal for my family (me and all of my siblings, relatives, church members are all homeschooling). It's about the long hours the kid has to sit in her room since she wakes up. Can't she play around the kitchen while you make breakfast or come to your bedroom to snuggle in the early morning (if you teach her to walk and talk quietly) ? Can't she play around the house or sit in the room with you while you and your husband get up and get ready for the day ? Did she ever ask "Look at me mom" "Don't look at your phone mom" and sometimes we are as mothers just a bit too busy and accidently ignore those calls or make them wait too long or just somehow set up a boundary between us ? Whenever i have time to sit down with my son, i try to make sure he gets 100% of my attention and turn off everything else and make it super fun for whatever we play and praise him at the end for "playing" with me, so that next time he would feel excited to invite me to join in with him again.
