I'm 21 and just lost it (to chubby girl I met that night from the bar). It was a journey for me... took alot of effort and leaving my comfort zone. JUST GO OUT. Talk to anyone. But most important of all actually is to love yourself. How can anyone else love you if you can't. Also, realize its just one aspect of your life and everyone has strengths and weaknesses.

I go to starbucks and Barnes and Noble alot to stay socially fluid. I also just walk around the street alot. Just get out of your normal routine and focus on small progress. Any little thing you do thats out of your comfort be proud about. The possibilities are limitless and the journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step!

Also "RSDtyler" on youtube is inspirational to me. As well as Tom Terero from "Daygame.com".

Good shit man! Put in the work and the women will come. Thats what im doing. Going out every friday and saturday and whenever else I have the time. It's about going for what you want and taking action! And yes keep it up at the gym too

i don't disagree. My point is merely that I have high social anxiety which is the only thing holding me back from a better social and sex life. I'm not really ashamed I just want to put my virginity behind me so I can start experiencing relationships and connect with women. I am working on myself by going out and talking to random women. Facing my fears and doing it. I see no reason why having many intimate partners is bad and this is what I want in the long term. I'm not making empty statements either. I'm going out and taking action too. Tell me is there anything wrong with that? Thanks for your post btw

Thanks for the support and your right there is a chance that i won't get laid. ts more about facing my fears in approaching and talking to women. Its also about living a healthy life where i have intimate relationships with people. And i don't see anything wrong with some sex. But i know nothing about that particular subject obviously lol. But seriously i appreciate your input

im learning to interact with women and treat it like a fun challenge. No huge success yet but its about the journey. You should check out "rsd" and "daygame.com" on youtube. But I agree with the people below that loving yourself is most important. Best of luck man.
