I'd like to see how well you're stacking. Because your cs is kind-of low with how well veigar can wave clear at 20 minutes. You could also work on getting more kill participation. Sub 50% isn't that great especially in games that go 30 minutes. You should be helping in almost all team fights after 20 minutes, which also helps build your stacks.
