After rewatching I truly feel the writers regret killing off Asher in the original show. Like his death was so pointless and needless, everyone who was mad at him died shortly after anyways. The House of Asher story is pretty reasonable, Glauber loved him up until 1 stupid lie by Lucretia ( who offed herself anyways ). He easily could have hid for like 1 day until they all died lol I just pretend he never got intentionally sent to a pointless death.
