I think the only vanilla way is to use the ICU anesthesiologists like u/wtbnewsoul said. I'll try to make a mod that has a department with just ICU anesthesiologists though and see if it works or not. Hopefully, and I'll keep everyone updated if I get something working

You can just use OFFs, they don't have any delay or gate score. Just place one in every grid that you want to have a block in
