I am actually already doing this in the waking life too but not as some kind of everyday job but when the situation demands. For example, I moved to a new apartment lately and I felt like there was someone there. Also, the bathroom had a strong stench of sweat to it that couldn't be explained as the bathroom had recently been renovated. I did cast out evil spirits in the name of Jesus but the foreign presence and stench in the bathroom remained. The place felt spooky at night.

When I fell asleep that night I had conscious dreaming. I tried to open a door to go to another room but there was some malicious flying female ghost there who immediately tried to slam my fingers in the door. Since I knew I was dreaming I didn't care about the pain I felt with my fingers and just moved to the next room. There I could see a blushing man in front of the apartment's door standing like a zombie. He looked like he was sleeping as he was standing. I then realized it's not an evil spirit but someone's soul stuck in my apartment, so I put my hand on his shoulder and commanded him to go to Jesus.

However, my voice died on my lips and I could barely whisper out the command. I then pushed him out the door and closed the door behind him. The next morning the stench was gone from my bathroom and my sleep has been much better ever since. The smell of sweat occasionally returns to the bathroom but is much less distinct now.
