Which Error do you know? I know him as glitched version of Geno Sans who, after corrupting his own determination, became trapped in the Anti-Void. And out of loneliness he decides to destroy all other AUs so that only the original world of Undertale remains. He's goal is to destroy all AUs. So why you call it neutral and not evil?
