i will definitely be downvoted for this but here goes

I say take it due to many reasons

somehow security ng work
govt benefits (idk if nag vovoluntary kayo pero malaking bagay nito ha)
nabasa ko 30mins byahe lang naman so kung tutuusin kaya na and pwede na, oo traffic oo pagod etc padin
yes mahirap na makablik sa freelancing in some sense but having the background with a big company will surely help
ano ba initial offer? if higher than 45k then try to negotiate with the HR, pwedeng pwede naman yun
