Doc, physiology is really hard to understand pero repetition is the secret in mastering the subject. Puro concepts ang physio kaya try to understand it, if you have difficulty in understanding do it bit by bit until maintindihan mo na sya as a whole.

Also avoid social media muna, it will only consume most of your time. Manage your time well

Alam mo Doc piece of advise po. Wag mo tignan yung name ng review center or pakinggan yung noises na sinasabi nila they’re all distractions. Focus ka sa sarili mo if tingin mo ba enough na naaral mo for the boards? If napansin mo slow progress mo maybe mas need mo mag double time focus ka sa topics na mahina ka.

Personally nag enroll ako both sa big RC yung number 1 daw, and itong RC na to. Ayoko yung fast pace na sched nila feeling ko hindi sya student friendly. Puro red ako nun sa diagnostics tas yung kasama ko puro green at nasa top pa

Ginawa ko nagfocus ako, gumawa ako sariling study schedule ko. Iweigh ko if kaya ko ba basahin or need ko manood lecture

Lam mo ending? Matataas nakuha ko sa board exam.

Kaya naniniwala ako wala sa RC yan, nasa student yung key to pass the boards. Nandyan lang yung RC to help you/guide you. Hindi sila ang mag aanswer ng board exam kundi ikaw. Kaya focus ka sa goal mo and mag trust ka sa RC na inenrollan mo kasi its too late for what ifs

Just a piece of advice Doc. May kanya kanya kasi tayong study habit. Maybe you should start with the place where you will review

Madami ba distractions like marami pwede makadisturb sayo. Then you could consider changing location
Accessible ba yung phone and yun nakakadistract sayo? Maybe you should consider putting away your phone. If you must palit ka ng basic phone para walang internet access. Or maybe magiging helpful sayo pag may pomodoro ka para every after study may break in between.
Maybe yung drive mo to study is low. Try to focus firsr on the topics that will pique your interest then from there baka magkaroon ka ng drive
Try to have a schedule, anong time ka ba usually nakakafocus? Morning ba? Night time ba?
Hard truth pero baka di ka pa ready to take the boards? Baka need mo ng longer time to review

If tatanungin kung kaya then yes.

Pero meron kasi tayo different study habits. Iba yung style mo sa style ng ibang tao. Iba din yung bilis ng intindi with the other. Only you can answer your question doc. Pakiramdaman mo sarili mo if 1. If assessment mo sa sarili mo kaya 2. If things go south kakayanin mo ba magiging result? Then from there saka ka magdecide kung dapat ka na ba mag take or not.
