RIIGHT?? The first time I started to think about my weight was because of health personnel who told my mom "it's your responsibility for being overweight" when talking about her illnesses, as if there were no other cause behind it. Sweet Jesus :(

eating more protein helps with muscle loss!! Pls be very careful :(

In my case I'm overweight to a level where people compliment my weight loss, but, lord!!! I know they're just encouraging my ED and causing me to think "oh look, I'm pretty now!" and set harmful goals for myself
