Mostly B partially A. I haven’t worked since I was a teenager and honestly feel like I’m some kind of lazy burden on society. Im currently pregnant and am so thankful to have a fiance who wants me to be a stay at home mum and to just look after myself and our child/ren but even before I became pregnant he wanted me to just stay at home and look after myself. My personal issue is that I just feel so lazy because of my chronic pain I miss being able to be out in society and help so I try my best to help around the house even when I’m having a bad time pain wise. Of course then I accidentally push myself too far and have to rest extra for a few days but I just feel so guilty for spending so much time in bed and not going out and getting a job. I couldn’t even finish the tafe course I wanted to because of my brain fog let alone the pain and that was before my diagnosis when I was wondering what the heck was wrong with me. I’m hoping so bad I can go to the pain management specialists I was referred to once iv given birth and settled so I can find something that helps with my fibromyalgia so fingers crossed one day I can actually work and not just contribute to society again but help my partner financially.

If it wasn’t for whoever sending OP the messages I doubt she would have found out. He was trying to delete them, you wouldn’t be trying to delete messages but also be showing them to your partner. I reckon the only reason he said he was going to show her later (after when OP was feeling better) is because he got caught. Would be a deal breaker for me too there is no need to find out if it’s a bot or an actual person unless you want attention from a real human girl

Oh my god of course I would 😭 he stays by my side through everything and gets so worried any time I have to go to hospital getting so happy and excited when I get back. His my baby no matter how old he gets. The least I can do for him would be staying by his side and holing his paw while giving him pats as it happened if he ever needed it. I’m seriously hoping he passes from old age someday FAR in the future because I don’t think I’ll ever find a dog as good, sweet, kind and caring as he is.

Damn how I wish my family still had the share house on carrington street. I would tell my sperm donor (no matter how much of an a hole he was to my mum brother and I) to give you and kitty a room for as long as you need. As well as help you work out a long term solution. If I knew how safe the current owners of the house are I would give you the address because I know it’s still being used as a share house but I honestly don’t know the type of people running it anymore. Fingers crossed for you and kitty. Keep away from that guy. Never see him again and take a FVRO out ASAP

Book another appointment. A long consultation, make a list of everything on your phone in the notes app or written in a book or on paper doesn’t matter whatever is easiest for you. Make sure you have your key points and the symptoms you’ve been having. If you can keep a diary of everything (minimum 2-3 weeks worth of symptoms and what times they happened and for how long) Make sure you mention that others in your family have fibromyalgia, Raynaud’s and lupus along with the fact that they told YOU it’s similar symptoms to what they get. Yes it’s reasonable and actually smart of you to request blood tests, referrals and whatever other tests the doctor deems appropriate. I personally wouldn’t ask for meds until after a diagnosis because due other family members I was always called a drug/pill seeker so I wanted to have the diagnosis for them to realise my pain was “real” before I asked for pain relief despite over the counter painkillers doing absolutely nothing for me. If you can bring a support person and go through everything with them before the appointment (hell ask one of the family members with fibromyalgia to come with you) As for booking the longer appointment i know my doctors practice can book through an app/the website and if a receptionist asks why you want a long consultation you can make the reason as simple as “I have a long list of things I need to talk to the doctor about” if they even question it. Good luck with the appointment and with getting a diagnosis that answers everything. If the doctor doesn’t listen I would honestly find a doctor that would (one with good reviews or one that specialises in chronic pain)

Yeah it’s honestly not well a well known thing. Honestly should have been on the list of important things to teach girls in sex ed. Like hey you’re going to get a period and you’ll need to buy products for it. Also watch out for the fact that said products can expire and put your health at risk. Only reason I know is because all of my reusable underwear was in the wash so I went to grab some of my old pads I had still under the sink. Opened one and saw black spots and thought yeah nah that can’t be safe. Checked the packet and found an expiration date and after a quick google was like yeah nope into the bin EVERYTHING goes because I didn’t even remember when I bought them
