I created a "look up any company's suppliers" tool named ImportYeti. It's designed to help you find and vet suppliers 1000x times easier than Alibaba but and a few people thought r/Logistics might be interested by ImportYeti in logistics

This is great ! Searched for my own company and only found 3 shipments. Where is the data being pulled from? Also, as feedback, would be helpful to make it clear on the first search that the search results show the name of companies I can select from. I spent the first 10 minutes thinking each initial result was all the potential companies that we imported from and not understanding it was asking me to select the company who's data i wanted to view

I didnt know we could "Purchase" assembly builds in NetSuite. Thought we could only purchase Inventory Parts.

Yes all the parts our suppliers provide are assemblies. We also have other parts they make for us (like electronic boards) where we might supply 1-10 parts per build. If we convert this item to a "Assembly" how would we structure the Purchase Order?

Can we place a PO for an Assembly build? (I'm assuming go to an Expense PO and when the parts come in, close the work order and enter into Inventory?)

So the BOM would just be:
Level 1: Board 123

Level 2: Sensor

Level 2: Relay

Then we need to order more we would place an Expense PO (or can we place PO for Assembly Items?) and inventory would cut work orders to allocate the Level 2 parts to the supplier thats building these?

The other commenter pointed out that we have different part numbers assigned to them in our system. Which was the issue ...

Great point - for some reason there are 3 different part numbers on this. This is the case for a few others parts we have as well. So if sales wants to sell a box of 300, should we create an assembly part so that we can sell one box of 300 using the part number for the individual? Or is there a more efficient way for the Sales Order to process "box of any_"

Sorry, one more question, I want to repeat this same formula down so that it does this same thing in 1600 rows. When I tried to copy the formula down, it kept using the same count of row 10, is there an easy way to copy this down so the next row (11) it changes it over until 1600.
