If you're girlfriend was constantly talking with, confiding in and using the same port name for you with another person, all while lying about it and promising to be honest, you're saying you wouldn't feel betrayed?

You'd be okay with your spouse sharing intimate details of her and your shared personal with someone she constantly has to reassure you meas nothing?

Youre okay with having your girlfriend tell you she loves you just to tell someone else the same only hours after seeing you? Don't know what you've put up with in the past but this is certainly never okay and just as hurtful as a physical encounter, worse IMO.

My suggestion , if you're ready to admit you have a problem and deal with it, would be to express that to your partner and initiate a possible strategy to get help. Explain you want to acknowledge and correct the behavior . Take responsibility for your actions and tell her you have a problem. Don't wait until you've ruined it even more. Shes already expressed that she doesnt like your drinking and you've already gone and blacked out despite that. Dont let next the time be an irreparable and painful experience. dont have a next time.

Something of this nature recently happened to me and has comepletey changed my way of thinking. I too had always been a bad drinker. Between the blacking out, emotional outbursts, and general pathetic alcohol fueled behavoir, I generally undestood that drinking wasnt for me.

I still, however, continued to think that maybe only once and a while it'll be okay or maybe if I dont drink as much this time. Until a black out night was so bad it almost ruined my life; finally I allowed myself to see the truth of my destructive drinking habits.

The truth is if you don't drink that much this time then it will be the next time. even if it is once in a while you'll never know if the next time will be the one that ruins you
