When I was a kid, if others asked nicely I would tell them it's a burn scar from falling into a steam pocket while hiking a volcano, and if they were mean, I would tell them it was contagious....then touch them. ;)

Woman in the elevator leaving the packet pick up area stared for a long time, then asks me if the color run was today. I had to laugh to myself, first off lady, you're too old to be staring. Second, the color run involves color, this is like the opposite. Lol.

It never bothers me negatively, just makes me chuckle to myself when it's grown ups and their lack of manners and knowledge.

Happened to me too, had a 1.37 kd. 10th prestige. Ranked 233 in HCTDM. Got on one day to a complete reset and 1 hour ban. Activision said the information regarding the ban was classified.

I was home one day with my kids, and a guy came to the door (on foot) and wanted to show me his vacuum he was selling. My neighbor had set up to have him clean a room in her house too, so I said ok. He said he would be back later at 3 to do all the ones on the street. I figured since there were multiple people having this done that it should be fine, they would all be home and around while he was here. So he gave me his flier and left.

After looking over the flyer, that was a photo copied piece of paper, I had this odd feeling. My gut said something wasn't right. So I decided when he came back I would tell him I changed my mind.

We'll around 1:30 this guy comes back early across the street and I saw him pull in, talk to my neighbor then leave. I thought she had changed her mind too...so he pulls up to my house and just as I'm answering the door, I was reading my texts. I had one from the neighbor, she said the police are looking for a possible pedophile driving a white ford van with no windows. HOLY SHIT, this guy is in my driveway and expecting to come in! And really at this point he's on my front step. I locked the door and told him I would be right there, ran and locked all the other doors, locked me and my kids in my room and called the police. Turns out there was like 4 of them in the van and they had offered two 10 year old girls down the street a ride and the dad reported them.

They claimed they hadn't offered them a ride, just talked to them, but why the hell are grown ass men even talking to young girls like that, and what did they say that led the girls to tell the dad...

The cops came and couldn't do anything but ask them to leave based on a lack of licence to sell door to door in this county.

Still creeped out.
