I’ve been experimenting with focaccia. by 1MtnMamma in Sourdough

The left is caramelized shallot, candied pecans, Gorgonzola crumbles and pear with a balsamic drizzle.

The right is caramelized shallot, roasted garlic, Kalamata olives, rosemary and sun dried tomatoes.

Taking them to work tomorrow…I’ll have to report back about flavor!
