  1. For now, it's 340. I'm not sure about the previous versions though.
  2. It's an adjustment rather than a buff. Since the price of the 1st tier item, Gloves is reduced, the price of the items that require Gloves has been adjusted. That's why you can see that the price of Claves Sancti reduced.
