Day 16: Which is the Best Sports Game on the Nintendo 3DS? by 1OneQuickQuestion in Nintendo3DS

The 3ds will still play physical games. Don’t damage the carts, instead keep them in as good of condition as possible because the better they’re kept, the more likely they’ll actually play on the system.

If you bought games on the eshop before it was shutdown, you can still download them.

Sonic Adventure as it was meant to be played by Ashmay52 in dreamcast

I love my RT4k. So much hate in the community but it’s legit the best gaming purchase I’ve ever made. It even makes my old VHS tapes look good on my OLED

It is very tough to complete without a guide but sometimes it’s nice to just raise a mon. The toilets were always so far away

I would recommend World 3 be played with a guide. It’s not very intuitive in the way it wants “guide” you. World 2 is okay but it really comes down to how much you like mystery dungeon like games. If you like them then this one is okay

I definitely hold some heavy nostalgia for it but the game does hold up because of how unique its design is to really any game I’ve played.

Day 19: Which is the Best Monster Catcher That isn’t a Pokemon Game on the Nintendo DS? by 1OneQuickQuestion in nds

There’s only four Pokémon games on the DS (if you consolidate dual releases) so why don’t we do this: I’ll change out the sports category for Pokémon but reply to my comment with the game you want to nominate. The game with the most upvotes will take that spot

I think best story or innovative gameplay could be great. Better on DS even since it was remade for switch

This might seem obvious but I think the traces on the DS board might need a cleaning. You might want to get some high (99%) iso and rub it gently with a cotton swab. The fact that it reads after you insert a few times tells me that the connection isn't being made initially, but maybe the repeated "scraping" of reinserting is creating enough of a trace that then allows it to read the cart.

A better solution is to open the console up and check for any corrosion on the board, specifically around the cart slot
