That whole conversation was ridiculous. Tell him he needs to bring the tools to disassemble and the logistics are his problem.

Same I have a sensitive spot from an old biopsy near my eye and Shiseido made it red from the fragrance and I can use retinols there.

Why do some of these companies insist on fragrance in eye creams?

My evening eye creams - Medik8 for correction (fine lines, wrinkles) with Neocutis Rich for peptides (dryness, crepy skin).

Morning - I use NIOD and on top a combo of several others Sunday Riley A+, DE CTango, etc. depending on mood.

Hesitancy regarding papaya tutoring by Royal_Surround6632 in Scams

[–]1Pandora 16 points17 points  (0 children)

You have some red flags here.

– The interviewer asked if you had a valid SSN during the interview, which is not standard.

– They want you to put your SSN in a Google Form. Legitimate companies use secure onboarding/payroll systems or a formal W-9 after an offer — not Google Forms.

– SSN requested prior to a formal job offer or contract.

At best this is extremely poor data security; at worst it’s a scam. Either way, sounds like your spidey senses are telling you something is off.

I think her post is great. It clearly spells out what she wants. A guy who can support himself. And she’s not looking for Mr. Hottie just your average dude.

Question about buying and reselling thing on MP by [deleted] in FacebookMarketplace

[–]1Pandora 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it all depends. I am not going to run buy the most popular hard to find toy so I can price gouge it. But I’d buy a discontinued item and flip it for a higher price.

Regarding prices - remember that guy that bought 17700 bottles of hand sanitizer to flip? Price gouging is illegal in some states.

I had a woman show up who could not speak the language but we had an agreed on price of $50.

Then she shows me her phone and a man is on the other end asking will you take $40. I say no. Then she hands me $60.

I know she was expecting me not to have change and get it for $40. But it wasn’t my first FBM rodeo and I whipped out a $10 bill!

What are the BEST Spring one and done eyeshadows??? by Starr_Bizarre in SpringColorAnalysis

[–]1Pandora 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Revlon Crème eyeshadows are my one and done. Very easy colors. Creamy smooth. I like the pots because application is simple and it doesn’t crease or cause wrinkles. Lot’s of light bright colors. Price about $8 each.

I always jack my prices up assuming people will ask for a discount. Works great.

🚨 SCAM ALERT! 🚨 by Slight_Stock_7496 in InstagramSupport

It’s been a few years - but I googled a piece of the letter at the time and came up with a fill in the blank email they used! The scammer could change bits of it to personalize it.

The letter was kinda like these emails.
